There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected.“

„This is our 3rd time staying here. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance (for real. Im no hiker lol) from river street, squares, eating and. The original allure was that it had its own parking space. A special commadity downtown!!! Bed is comfy. Cute sitting area for watching tv. Kitchen if ya wanna cook (but why would ya?! Youre in savannah!!!l) right across from a cemetary if you want to look around. There are upstairs neighbors that we heard in the mornings but nothing ...

„A small hiccup at check in but they were quick to respond and resolve so that we could enter premise in our room. It’s in the middle of everything being walking distance. Rent a golf cart? No need to! It was a very nice stay and comfy cozy. The host was wonderful! I plan to be back!“

„The accommodations were clean and exactly as described, which is adorable and perfect. The communication with management was excellent… Definitely above average. Location is terrific. The only aspect to be aware of is the street noise because of its great location. Not people noise… Just traffic. Not a deterrent from staying there. Just a suggestion to possibly bring a noisemaker to sleep if you’re not heavy sleeper. Not a big deal though. Truly a wonderful place to stay.“

„My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. “
