„We enjoyed this beautiful villa to celebrate our anniversary. Great location, small but well appointed and perfect for two. We especially enjoyed that it provided two bikes to enjoy all the pretty bike paths of HHI. Easy check in and hosts were available if we needed them but everything was fine and we didn't have any questions. Look forward to coming back next year!“

„This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt. ...

Cathy is the most amazing host, in constant communication answering every question. Cathy has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. „We have stayed at Beachside Tennis previously but had not been back since 2008. Our stay was wonderful and everything about our stay from booking, communication, check in process and description of the property was seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much. All amenities for cooking, towels and chairs for the beach were provided. The Pickleball courts just down the street from the property were also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!“

„Communication with host was great! Location to the beach very convenient. Quite spacious. Close to stores and restaurants. Cons...smelled and felt very musty. cleaners left the kitchen counter with some kind of small oil slick on it. Twin beds squeak loudly. Floors throughout house squeak also. Very few amenities.“

Tätigkeiten der Bewohner 1.OG ab 7.30 (Washmaschine,Trockner und Spülmaschine stehen genau über Schlafzimmer des EG...und die Steinböden übertragen Geräusche leider sehr gut) und auf Terrasse dann Baulärm von 9 bis 17 Uhr (Kreissäge und Nagler und ab und zu Bohrhammer). Sind daher oft geflüchtet und schlafen mit Ohrstöpseln ging. Für den Preis indiskutabel - und neue Bauarbeiten wurden 1 Tag vor Abreise in weiterem Haus rechts begonnen. ...

„My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. “
