„Very pleased with my stay. The Manager upgraded our room for being members which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet room, very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking garage is connected by a skywalk which felt safe and secure. Two restaurants below the hotel and walkable to many points of interest such as Van Andel and Intersection. Small outdoor patio area with a fireplace and ample seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall I would stay here again! “

„I dare to say that I think I like this hotel better than the JW Marriott Downtown. This hotel is in the heart of everything, its got an amazing restaurant on the main level and another roof top bar/restaurant on the 8th floor. We had a corner room, service was amazing and I loved that it was a tossimo for coffee instead of normal crappy hotel coffee.
