Overall disappointing. Noisy floor to walk on, hard pillows. No staff on duty. A card that would not work to open front entrance door. Had to make several phone calls to owners for help.

We are very happy to stay in this house. Everything is clean and tidy. Jaye has lit up the woodfire before we arrive. Many thanks Jaye.

Cosy Cooma Holiday Home in the Snowy Mountains.
The property is beautiful, clean and was very happy with our stay. The only thing i would add is, it would of been nice to have a microwave in the house.
