âThe hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and delightfully made our stay comfortable. We had senior citizens who needed a wheelchair, they arranged for it and recommended that we keep it during our site seeing c visits. The hotel staff especially the front desk manager gave suggestions regarding our site seeing tour, arranged for transport and ensured that we had a good time during our stay. The food was exceptionally tasty! â

Thank you for this-however I have noticed that the facility itself ( building outside and inside ( bathroom, shower armamentarium etc.) started to become shabby and actually it doesnât look nice if you see big holes in the storefront of the building. The Hyatt should start some renovations in and outside the building otherwise people wonât come any longer.â

âFor the business purpose of my trip the hotel was an excellent choise. There was no time for sightseeing. To get to any place you have to take a cab or driver, no way to walk anywhere except to the ugly American style mall across the street. â

âReception person was playing the game or message on whatapp during my check in, he's very rude. Tooth blush was not there in the room, it's okay. so I requested it but nobody came more than 20 min. Staffs can't understand English. Anyway it's better to not stay for foreigners. There is the reason that price is cheaper than others.â

âBeing on highway side room it was bit noisy. Upstairs room had some preperation being done which disturbed sleep, Friendly, good staff and good food. I left my items which maintenance staff is unable to trace even if I called up within 2days of check out. Could improve on shower room and quality soap products. â
