The apartment is very easy to reach from Zurich Main Station, and for guests arriving by car, the private parking space is an exceptional advantage in this central location. The building has an elevator, with only the final floor accessible by one flight of stairs.

As you arrive upstairs, you enter your own private entrance area with wardrobes and plenty of space for luggage, coats, and personal belongings — a comfortable and practical welcome before stepping into the apartment.

Inside, you are welcomed by a beautifully equipped kitchen area with everything you need for a relaxed city stay or a longer visit. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, hand blender, SMEG toaster, SMEG kettle, soda maker, rice cooker, silverware, pots and pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and all essentials for cooking and dining at home.

From the kitchen, you can step directly up to the private rooftop terrace — one of the true highlights of this penthouse. Start your morning with a coffee and a croissant in the sunshine, read the newspaper in peace, or enjoy a quiet moment above the city. The lounge area is perfect for sharing a glass of wine with friends while looking over Zurich’s beautiful skyline and the water canal below. Back inside, the dining area features a large solid wood designer table with seating for six, ideal for breakfast, dinners, or simply gathering together after a day in the city.

The living area offers a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a stylish space to relax. The sofa can be converted into a very comfortable double bed for up to two adults and can be prepared upon request. A second part of the living area can be separated with curtains for additional privacy and features a luxurious king-size bed with a premium mattress.

Next to this area, there is a small separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed and a premium mattress, perfect for one adult or a child.

Next to it, you will find the full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

On the other side of the apartment, the main bedroom offers another very comfortable king-size bed with a premium mattress, a workspace, and a chest of drawers with a vanity mirror — a calm and elegant retreat in the heart of the city.

Guests have private access to the entire penthouse apartment, including the private rooftop terrace and the private entrance area with storage space for luggage, coats, and personal belongings.
The building has an elevator, which brings you close to the apartment. Please note that the final floor is accessible by one flight of stairs.
A private parking space is included free of charge, which is a rare advantage in this central Zurich location. Full check-in and parking instructions will be provided before arrival.

Transit
Getting around from the apartment is effortless. You are located in the very heart of Zurich, directly by Paradeplatz and Bahnhofstrasse, with the closest tram stop, Paradeplatz, only about a 1-minute walk away.
From Paradeplatz, Zurich Main Station is just 2 tram stops away, giving you excellent connections to the airport, other Swiss cities, and the rest of Zurich. The lake, Old Town, restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, and many sightseeing highlights are also easily reachable on foot.
For guests arriving by car, a private parking space is included free of charge — a very rare and valuable benefit in this central Zurich location. Full parking and arrival instructions will be shared before check-in.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a characterful rooftop penthouse with beautiful sloped ceilings in some areas. Certain parts of the apartment have lower ceiling height than usual, which is typical for this style of home under the roof. We feel it adds to the apartment’s unique charm and atmosphere, but we kindly ask guests to be mindful of this when moving around.
There is a lift in the building. After the private entrance to the apartment, there is a short flight of stairs before reaching the main living area.
For your comfort, the apartment has a private washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, making it ideal for longer stays, families, and guests who like to travel light.
The sofa bed can be prepared upon request. For reservations with 5 guests or more, we prepare it automatically before arrival.
We are very family-friendly and happy to make your stay easier with little ones. Upon request, we can provide a baby bed, high chair, baby bath, and changing table, so families can arrive more relaxed and feel at home from the first moment.
