The apartment is in a residential building — please be respectful of neighbours at all times.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately via Airbnb — we always handle it fairly and appreciate honesty.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM without exception unless agreed in advance.

Heating and lights must be switched off when leaving the apartment.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Please do not exceed this number.
