Guest Access:
You'll have full and private access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with 5G WIFI, a smart TV, and a washing machine. For guests arriving early, we offer luggage storage in our basement for a small additional fee.

The Building & Atmosphere
To ensure our apartment is the perfect match for your travel style, please note these unique features of our vibrant location:
Stair Access (European 3rd Floor): The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (right side), which is three flights of stairs up from the street level. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage, as the building does not have an elevator.
Vibrant Urban Setting: The apartment sits in a prime, trendy hotspot right above a local restaurant. Because you are in the heart of the action, some urban noise is to be expected. If you require a whisper-quiet or secluded environment, this lively location may not be the best fit for your stay.
Check-In & Optional Luggage Storage
Check-In Time: From 15:00 onwards. Early check-in is not possible, as our housekeeping team follows a strict, tight schedule to ensure the apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized for your arrival. Rest assured, if the unit is ready early, we will message you immediately!
Early Arrival Luggage Storage: Want to start exploring the city hands-free? We rent a dedicated basement facility from the landlord specifically to offer our guests a secure baggage solution.
Cost: CHF 25 per booking (available until 17:00).
Our Policy: To keep our nightly rates as low and competitive as possible, we do not bundle this fee into the rent. It is strictly an optional service, meaning only the guests who actually choose to utilize the storage facility are charged for it.
How to Book: Space is subject to availability. If you would like to use this service, please contact us in advance so we can verify availability and coordinate access.

Please note that the apartment is located in a prime location in a trendy area and above a restaurant, and some noise can be expected. So if you are looking for a very quiet environment, this unit may not be your choice.
Apartment is located on the third floor on the right with no elevator.
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages there until 17:00 so you can explore the city handsfree while waiting for the check-in time. Please be advised that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guests who need it. Check in time before 15:00 is not possible because our housekeeper works on a tight schedule and it is important that they clean the apartment thoroughly before you check-in but you can be assured that we will expedite the cleaning for you and send you a message when the apartment is ready. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check availability.

We offer a self check-in process for your convenience. While we won't be present in person, we're readily available to assist you throughout your stay. You can reach us via the platform messaging system for any questions or needs. We strive to respond promptly, typically within an hour. We are happy to help make your stay in Zürich more enjoyable!
