The architecture is just amazing and the view from the hotel and rooms is absolutely stunning. we had the deluxe suite with a private spa and it was just breathtaking. The service personnel were incredible, super friendly and very attentive. The quality of the breakfast and the dinners we had was top notch! I can easily recommend this hotel to everyone and we definitely want to come back“

We booked a "Luxury"-room...
- the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed
- the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay
- there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature)
- the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you ...
