„Приятный отель в уединенном природном малонаселенном месте на берегу океана. Относительно комфортные бунгало на побережье. Красивое побережье с песочным пляжем. Недалеко кораллы и рыбы. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева. Из минусов. Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги.“

„One of the few options in town and definitely not international standard (tidiness, comfort, etc. can all be improved). But what is really great is staff that was always helpful and friendly and tried to address every concern one has. Also, compared to other, much pricier options definitely an acceptable choice.“

„Mandala Resort was everything my husband and I were looking for and more. This is a very high end spa resort without the high end price. „The Matafouna Lodge is amazing. The location is beautiful. The fales were comfortable with a porch, comfortable bed, and glass windows. The shower facility was convenient and very nice with ceramic tiles and privacy (and most importantly, hot water). The staff were friendly. The food was very good (the seafood pizza was delicious). „Die Angaben im Werbeauftritt sind falsch. Es gibt kein Restaurant mehr im Hotel. Seit längerer Zeit vom chinesischen Besitzer in einen Kramladen umgewandelt. Es gibt keinen Garten. Die Rezeption ist nicht ständig besetzt, nachts gibt es nur einen nicht englichverstehendeb, meist schlafenden Aufpasser.“

„We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. We decided to spend the night at the Royal Sunset. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained and the rooms were unbearably hot. The pool water was brown. „On our honeymoon we stayed twice at the Scenic in order to be close to the airport on the day of departure. The hotel shuttle takes you to the terminals in less than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms were practical, clean and in good condition. Pool was too dirty to use.“
