„The room was prepaid for a company driver but they were very rude about the drive not having the card that was used to pay for the room even though the driver name and phone number was supplied.“

„Hotel is in desperate need of some improvements. While we were leaving and waiting for the elevator Someone down the hall from us was calling the front desk to tell them the ceiling caved in in their room . Our room was not clean and the furniture was so old and run down it was unbelievable. And all this for over $300 a night still“

„The breakfast was very good. We appreciate the effort and real utensils and plates.“

„Very clean, staff were very personable and helpful. Will definitely stay here again“

„Was somewhat worth the value. Was not looking for high end accomodations. Therefore this location was worth the stay.“

„Schöne Umgebung, ruhig und tolle Luft da direkt am Lake superior, nettes hilfreiches Personal, starbucks im Hotel, doof leider kein Safe!!!“

„There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor.“

„Für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft vollkommen in Ordnung.“

„Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Kostenloses Frühstück á la Carte für die ganze Familie. Toller Pool und Fitnessbereich. Genialer Blick auf die Berge und schnatternde Kanadagänse im Garten. Tolles Hotel für einen Besuch von Thunder Bay! “

„Clean rooms, lots of parking .. only thing was AC/heater was noisy“
