„On the surface everything was great, if you’re sensitive to smells I might choose something else. The hallway had a strong odor and there was smoking smell in the bathroom. A few small issues with the coffee maker, the bathroom sink, and the bed frames but nothing glaring.“

He loaded us and all of our belongings onto his pontoon, took us over to the island, and showed us around while explaining how everything worked.
