„What a beautiful place to stay. An amazing amount of thought has gone into all elements of the Manor House and surrounding accommodation. We stayed in a hop pickers hut (number 4 was great as end of the row and cleaning cupboard next to us so no noise from neighbours) which had a large and comfortable bed and was thoughtfully appointed. We enjoyed exploring the kitchen garden and our evening meal was delicious (waiters were very knowledgeable about the food and wine list) Breakfast also superb ...

„A lovely small hotel in the very center of Canterbury. It is an old, cozy building very well maintained, spotlessly clean and the owners are extremely hospitable. Breakfast included. Beds comfortable and it was quiet, everything was more than I expected and I'd definitively recommend staying there.“

„Ein gut ausgestattetes Familienzimmer mit einigen durchdachten Details (das Kinderbett kann tagsüber in ein Klappsofa verwandelt werden). Ohne Auto ist die Lage nicht ideal, da das Hotel recht weit außerhalb liegt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet hat uns auch gefallen. “

„We loved our weekend , the hotel was in a great location . Facilities staff and food were wonderful . The only downside was the constant traffic noise at night until early hours of the morning . This is probably the busy bank holiday weekend .“

„This hotel is located superbly close to the inner city of Canterbury. You are literally a one minute walk away from the pedestrian zone. It is a little bit hard to find, but the staff is nice. The only problem is that there are no (free) parking spaces around. We were contacted a few days via e-mail before our stay by the hotel, which can provide you with a discount for one of the pay-parking lots.“

„Our room had a nice 4-poster-bed. Our companion was upgraded from single to double room. The hotel is located in a zone that cannot normally be accessed by cars, but in the evening ist was still possible for unloading. There is parking available near the hotel at additional cost. The breakfast (continental style) was nice and rich, the staff competent and friendly. We would come back.“
