"Sehr zentrale Lage gleich neben dem Registan, trotzdem ruhig; sehr freundliches und stets hilfsbereites Personal, üppiges Frühstücksbuffet; Wasserkocher, Wasser und Teebeutel im Zimmer, weiches Bett; strahlend weiße Handtücher; herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Registan (sonntags Frühstück oben). Zimmer gleich neben dem Eingang war natürlich ohne großartigen Blick (aber ok), Steckdosen sind für Handystecker sehr wackelig. Die Badewanne schließt nicht mit der Wand ab, dh unvermeidbare Wasserpfütze rinnt nach jeder Dusche mitten im Bad, aber nicht direkt in den Abfluss. Selbst in Khiva akzeptieren die kl. (günstigeren) Boutique-Hotels Kreditkarten gegen Gebühr (3%) - warum hier nicht? "

"In April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day. I wasn’t offered any compensation, not even a cup of tea, which would be a nice gesture. The hotel is clean and well maintained but the cleaning ladies didn’t check if the amenities were really there, I got only empty carton boxes of toothbrushes and combs. The breakfast was ok and with a lot of choices but the coffee was disgusting. My personal highlight was the soap and shampoo - I got addicted to the beautiful smell and I was sad that I couldn’t take a bit of it home. We also used the room service, it arrived quite quickly and the pasta was approved by my picky-eater-child. Minus point: no menu in the room, on TV there was a possibility to “book” very few dishes but this order never went through so it was some kind of fake. Since the rooms have the doors facing the huge hotel lobby where some Russian-speakers partied until late at night, it was hard to rest. Overall it is not a bad hotel and it may become even better if the management takes care of the minor things that I mentioned and that might be annoying if someone books a luxury class hotel and expects luxury class service."

"Das war ein super gute Wahl-gute Lage-alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hotel ist neu, sehr gute Frühstück, große Zimmer - sehr sauber, sehr viele Handtücher, jeden Tag geputzt. Es gibt ein Kühlschrank und jeden Tag Wasserfläschchen - was für diese Klima sehr wichtig ist. Das beste war der Pool - sehr schön und gepflegt. Gute Restaurant und unglaublich hilfsbereite Personal.
