There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. „The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! “

Das Barbecue am Strand war sehr schön, nur die Suppe, die die Chefin sehr großzügig eingefüllt hatte, schmeckt zwar gut, soll wohl aber eher den Magen füllen. Diese würde ich nicht essen. Sonst war es wirklich alles in allem ein super Hotel, wir würden sofort wiederkommen!“

„Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants.“

There is a beautiful kitchen equipped with basic cookware and utensils. There were a few bottles of water in the fridge and a nice bottle of wine to be enjoyed.
