„This hotel was gorgeous and grand. We loved our huge room which had two bathrooms, a living room, several closets, and a huge king sized bed. It was very spacious and we had a very nice view of the courtyard and pool. The scenery was beautiful with lush plants and flowers. There was lots of variety for breakfast and the staff were quick to accommodate to whatever you needed. There were several ATM machines available and transportation was easily accessible. „Das Personal war von ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit. Das begann schon vor der Tür bei der Security und setzte sich bis zum gratis Shuttle zum Flughafen fort. Das Hotel ist picobello sauber, die Toiletten werden permanent geputzt. Die Lage am See ist traumhaft, siehe Foto. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass man im Restaurant, offenbar auch wie in vielen anderen Restaurants in Äthiopien, mit Glutamat kocht. „Great new hotel, very clean and with an exceptionally friendly staff: whenever I had a request, I was helped out in the most accomodating way possible, and not treated as just another "number". The bathroom has a nice rain-shower which helps to relax after a long work-day. „Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war schmutzig, sowie der Fußboden im Bad, wir hatten einen halben Tag keinen Strom und kein fließendes Wasser, wir waren im 5. Stock und der Aufzug ging 2 Tage nicht (dann sind wir abgereist). Der Pool konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil kein Wasser drin war (für eine erwachsenen R Taufe wurde er zur Hälfte befüllt, aber nicht für die Hotelgäste).
