„Nescafe is not coffee. In a country with fantastic coffee beans (robusta) it should be an obvious consequence to serve coffee made via robusta beans. Poor communication between Expedia and hotel - my request to book safaris to the NP was "lost", so my choice at arrival was non existant. Good forthcoming staff at restaurant. Thanks for the upgrade! „Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort. Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers. „Me and my sister loved the breakfast served. The start of the day with that breakfast was lovely. The room service was little slow, otherwise I loved the stay. The rooms were clean, though the bed-sheet was little old and worn out. I will anyway rate it 4 out of 5 for that short stay.“

„The room was absolutely amazing and the bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in, much more comfortable than my bed at home. Jeep Tour was nice as well with tasty pakore and Masala Chai. We saw hiran fighting and interesting vegetables and trees. Unfortunately I was the only guest during dinner so I will never stay again during the week. There were a few other guests but it seems they had room service. This is such a pity because the dining room is so wonderful, hard to find any similar. But ...
