„Very nice owner and very helpful “

„I think it is the best accomodation at Quilotoa. Electric heating in room. Room and restaurant ok. “

„We love it, the movie was great and the staff very helpful“

„Very nice place, clean, with everything you need. The view is awesome, very clean outdoor bath. 10/10“

„We really enjoyed our stay its in the city but parking was good. The staff was great super helpful. The beds were very firm and the room had a lot of city noise at night.“

„I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. “

„Kudos a Karen, David y la muchacha! Bien informativos y con mucha cortesía! Bravo!

„Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times.“

„The manager did not honor my reservation , I showed my paid receipt ,but they didn't care . They said that they do not get paid for xpedia and were very rude . Do not book there . Terrible experience. I had to book in another hotel . I waste time and money .“
