„A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.“

„Great stay at Davids apartment. It is a single large room with 2 single beds, a kettle, toaster, fridge and two ring hob. A good size bathroom and really warm and cozy! Perfect location for both the main ski slopes and a short walk down the hill to the gondola. (Not sure if this helps, but I used ski strap/carrier for the walk down and back up at the end of the day and I found that made lugging skis a lot less hassle! ). Hoping to be back again next year!“

„We (family with two kids) spent here 5 days. The accomodation is really nice and very well furnished. The kids loved the playground. The Chalet is well situated for some trips in the lovely natur of the Rila mountains (10 min to Borovets but the road ist not the best). Cheryl was very friendly an gave us many helpful recommendations what we can do the time there. We really enjoyed our time at the chalet.“

„This is a great, almost brand new, hotel with good spa facilities. It sits in spectacular location with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good in quality and variety. The only negative is that the hotel name implies a focus on medical spa facilities, hence we expected a quiet spa-like environment. This is not the case - it's a family focused hotel with a lot of children running around and creating noise. Also, there was no enforcement of any rules ...

„We spent beautiful week in this hotel. Everything was perfect! Apartament, food, weather... Maybe it was a little cold by the pool but it didn't spoil the whole impression. The hotel is in a great location, but it may lack additional parking spaces. “

"Klasifikovať toto "zariadenie" ako hotel a dokonca kategórie***** je vskutku smiešne - výsmech pre zákazníka. Som totálne zhrozený s návštevou. Mal som rezerváciu na 4 noci, ale zostal som iba 2. Zariadenie je celkom zanedbané ,s niečím takým som sa ešte ani nestretol . Toľko vecí sa dá kritizovať, že sa to ani do recenzie nevojde... Raňajky stále to isté, najobycajnejsie salámy, staré pečivo, atď. Večere tiež pod akúkoľvek kritiku - zohrievane priemyselne spracované polotovary , kuracie mäso pochybnej kvality atď. Jedine čerstvé ovocie a zelenina bolo dobré - avšak toto je žalostne málo! Čistota aj v kúpeľoch hrozná. Špinavá Kalná voda v bazénoch, pieseň všade, nechutný vzduch, vypadane dlažby v pare vyrivke... Hrozilo aj nebezpečné poranenie. Špinavé a zaprášené izby, v noci zima. Žiadne zvukové izolácie, všetky zvuky z chodby počuť. Vrchol všetkého bolí šváby v izbe, na čo som už reagoval odchodom. A personálu z recepcie to bolo úplne jedno. Takú ľahostajnosť a ignoráciu zákazníka som ešte ani nevidel. Skončil som aj so žalúdočnými a kožnými problémami + som si aj musel dezinfikovať batožinu. Neodporúčam nikomu... Áno, sú hotely ktoré dokážu vyžiť aj zo starej slávy a dobrého mena, ale toto určite nie je ten prípad!"
