„Es ist ein einfaches Hotel ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wird gleich gehandelt...Alles in Allem durchaus zu empfehlen...“

„Typisches englisches Frühstück. Leider waren die Pilze nur an einem Morgen gewürzt. Trinkbarer Kaffee nur gegen Aufpreis. Das können andere besser. Dafür tolles Zimmer und gute Abendkarte.“

„Great Staff, Fantastic Breakfast. Would highly recommend.“

„I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars. When I had to return home, the Metro broke down because of snow. I phoned Stephen in order to ask him for help to get a Taxi, but everyone at the coast tried to get one, so I had no chance. „Meine Buchung wurde nicht erkannt. Ich sollte noch einmal bezahlen. Die Info zur Buchung war noch nicht angekommen. Obwohl ich schon seit 14 Tagen an Expedia bezahlt hatte.“

„Fantastic & peaceful location but still very close to the Main Street.“

„2mins from the beach Great to walk along the coast north or south Paul is a very nice host Amazing tasty breakfast “

„nice big bright rooms, well equipped, very warm welcome, little shops close by -- everything you could ask for! wide sandy beach directly in front of the house“

„Very close to ferry, and shopping, we liked that very much,“

„Awesome place. that has everything you need to make your stay a good one. Hosts so helpful also.“

„The host was very accommodating by allowing us to stay with 2 dogs. Unfortunately the caravan is very tired looking, the bed mattresses are very stained and look unclean, we did not sleep in the bed for this reason, and slept on the sofa. We left at 3am as the wind was howling through the windows and we could not settle.“

„Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here. We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required.“

„Excellent“

„Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half.“

„My wife and I stayed for two nights for our friends’ wedding in Whitley bay. Great seafront location and a lovely view. Perfect for our stay. Good communication from the host, easy to access, clean and nice apartment.“

„Good“

„First impression was that the outside of the building could do with a little attention, but what a contrast once inside the apartment… superb, The only niggle was the noise from upstairs. Not deliberate, just very noisy laminate flooring. Loud enough to wake you. If you are a really heavy sleeper then you will be hard pushed to find a nicer place.“
