„Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for what was supplied.
What I didn't like was that fact that we came back to our room on our last night to find the door ajar. Cleaning supplies were left on the bathroom sink area. Totally felt this was quite concerning. Seemed like person doing the cleaning seem to leave in a hurry and did not finish her/his job thus leaving the door ajar. Rather displeased by this issue. Reported to front desk and“

„This place smelled like a greasy skillet. Our room smelled like old fish. The shower was broken and dirty. The TV did not work at all. The coffee in the morning went straight into the garbage it was so bad. Also they jacked up the price to $400 due to an event nearby that night.“

„We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. „The room was clean. The kids loved the pool. Also had a couple claw machines in the pool area which was cool. Breakfast was also good. Definitely will be staying again when we visit duluth.“

„We rented a room with 2 double beds. They were the smallest double beds I’ve ever come across. In the future, I’ll for sure go for a King sized bed!
Location near a walking / biking trail is great! Also enjoyed the outdoor seating area overlooking the road.“
