„Very helpful staff, great amenities, some of the food could have been a bit better: meat (lamb and beef) was tough. Fresh cooking station was excellent.“

„I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign ...

„The property needs maintenance as some of the fixtures are broken or falling apart. The electrical equipment also need upgrading. The kettle in the room was boilingthe water but was not automatically switching off. That can be dangerous, fire hazard.“

„Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.“

„Very friendly staff and helpfull. The food was great and they even made us breakfast to go 6 o’clock in the morning “

„Very friendly service and very helpful and kind people “

„Very friendly, dedicated and caring staff. Christine at reception was a darling. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the minibar. They even gave us a hot water bottle for our room. Water was provided and internet was great. We would come back and enjoyed our stay. Parking and pool were there. Breakfast had a lot of choices. It had a guarded gate, so it is a very safe place.“

„Super nice luxury tent, very helpful and friendly staff, special athmosphere with a fireplace“

„Other than the breakfast being cold, this place was superb! Great location, very clean and modern environment. Amazing and friendly staff. I don’t think I’ll be able to stay in any other place while in Nanyuki.“

„Einen Tag kein Wasser und das bei der Wärme, das Hotel ist uns dann nach Nachfrage preislich entgegen gekommen. Preisleistung stimmt nicht“

„I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas!“

„The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood.“

„The parking was easy and secure“

„The hotel was in good condition. But the room i was given to start with the windows couldnt close so they relocated me to another room that was smaller. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was served on a plate.“
