„Property was ok. No proper check in arrangements. On line descriptions inaccurate. No on site catering available.“

„We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. “

„Loose decking boards bit of a trip hazard. One of the deckchairs had a rusty very sharp part on it which was dangerous.“

„Amazing break away with the kids. Will definitely be back, thank you so much! “

„Top Lage, Essen sehr gut, Zimmer groß, Frühstück nur Englisch“

„Positives: Room Comfortable. Restaurant good and plentiful with helpful asian staff. Super location with bus stop outside the door. Lift to help accessibility. Reasonably good value for money. Negatives: Reception inpolitie. Severe lack of middle management. Fire Alarm was activated during the night. No proper evacuation procedure. Obvious lack of fire training for staff. „Nice staff, nice food, everything was nice. We'll be back “

„We had a wonderful stay in the Halvard hotel. The staff were welcoming, and accommodating for our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and the promenade. The breakfast was excellent, with good options for hot breakfast that's freshly prepared and a small buffet. The location of the hotel is great, being less than 10 min walk from the ferry passenger terminal, on the sea front and downtown area, and in walking distance to the bus station.

Alles OK.“

„As a flight crew we choose the hotel because of the good rating! And everything was as described! Nice people and good and clean rooms! The bed was cosy and comfortable. Especially the lady at the reception was fantastic! We asked for a late checkout and she did. everything to manage it. Of course we did get different rooms, but we could keep the rooms for free until 4:30pm the next day. This attitude is not always available in the hotel industry! Definitely we will come again “

„The hosts, staff, position and breakfast were excellent. They fostered an atmosphere of welcoming, sharing, community. Exceptional part of our travels!“

„Great location and very friendly staff. They were so helpful and accommodating.“
