„We have stayed at à few Hoshinoya hotels in Japan & Taiwan but this is the worst one so far. The room is dark, outdated and to get from bed to bath with many steps makes it difficult at night when the lights are so dim. Only tap water is complimented in the room . „The rooms booked were quiet and spacious. They were clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful as it was delivered directly to room and the food was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room ...

Rooms are always small in this style but had everything I needed and a fair priced coin laundry (albeit one washer and one drier only) to catch up on laundry during the trip. Top Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, mit einer Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür, von wo man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie zum Beispiel den Onioshidashi Volcano Park, den Shiroito Wasserfall oder das historische Mikasa Hotel erreichen kann. „It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.“
