„Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it ...

„Cocolobo is a peaceful, serene paradise! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Gail and her staff were helpful, friendly and truly made our stay personal and enjoyable - a special shout out to Misa who went above and beyond! We would definitely book Cocolobo again for a return trip to Roatan!“

„The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort.“
