"Strange experience- I had a little change in plan and communicated this upfront via email which was also confirmed via email by the hotel. Upon arrival I was told I have to pay the overall reservation no matter what. After refusing the hotel created a big mess, didn’t allow our car to leave and we had to leave our driver with the car there. Situation took a full day to resolve involving police etc. apart from this the room was not to the standard. Lamps and phone weren’t working, AC I didn’t check as it wasn’t necessary the time I was in DRC. At the breakfast they were unorganized and you had to ask for everything: including a bole, fork, knife, plate etc. one day I received a still wet towel which was dirty - obviously from another guest. This is impossible and should never happen! Stay away from this hotel! It is a clear no go. "
