„The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. „All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable. Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.“
