"Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Zimmer!"

"Leider nur ein Kurzaufenthalt auf den Inseln und in diesem Hotel. Spannendes Design, sehr ruhig, total entspannte Atmosphäre - obwohl es auch ein Tagungshotel ist. Für manche Gäste könnte die Zimmeraufteilung mit Waschbecken neben der Tür und Klapp-/Schiebetüren zur Raumtrennung gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber wir fanden es interessant. Wir hatten ein Zimmer „mit Aussicht“ gebucht, was sich gelohnt hat. Man schaut auf der Nordseite des Hotels (und aus dem Bett) auf eine „Mini-Färöer-Landschaft“ mit Schafen, Wasserfällen, Grasdächern, aber auch das moderne Inselleben. Ein wenig wie auf einer Modelleisenbahn :-) Es hat uns super gefallen!"

"It's a really good guesthouse if you want to stay for a longer time in Torshavn. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are in a realy good condition and the bathroom and kitchen get cleaned every day. That is for the price a nice service. The locaiten is a little bit outside the city center but it is in a quit corner of the city so you have really quite nights and in the same way short walks to the supermarkets and the center."

"Wir waren 5 Nächte in Leirvik bei visitHOMES und es war einfach wunderbar. Lilja und ihr Mann sind herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer mit einer Geschichte über die Färöer und Tipps für Ausflüge zur Hand. Das Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten variierte und jeden Morgen waren in der Frühstücksrunde andere Gäste aus der Welt zu Gast, so dass wir zB nebenbei auch noch einiges über Argentinien erfahren haben. Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Norden der Inseln zu erkunden und wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Leirvik wenn wir auf den Färöer Station machen sollen. "

"A beautiful, cozy old house with loving furnishings and lots of charm. Good location, beautiful views, well maintained. Very good kitchen equipment. Unfortunately the washing machine didn't work and there is no proper double bed for two people. And please fix the exhaust in the bathroom. ;-) But overall we had a nice stay. Thank you."

"Modernes Hotel mit gemütlicher Lobby. Merkwürdig gemixte Cocktails, nahezu alkoholfrei. Restaurant überteuert. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Weg ins Zentrum von Thörshavn 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Hotel."
