„The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. „We had wonderful time at Reef Shores and the condo is very nice in a beautiful setting. The golf course setting makes for really pretty and very quiet surroundings. The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. „Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. “

„The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive.
