„Das Bad ist seit Jahren nicht renoviert worden, der Duschbereich war großräumig mit Schimmel versehen. Der am Vorabend bestellte Fahrer zum Flughafen war nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da, der ersatzweise vom Hotel georderte Fahrer wollte plötzlich zusätzlich Geld von uns, war also offensichtlich nicht seriös. Das Personal hat nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen und im Restaurant falsche Sachen gebracht, andere Vergessen. Das ist alles andere, als 5 Sterne. Ich würde hier nicht wieder übernachten!“
