„We booked two hotel rooms for Nov. 24th through Hotels.com. We were supposed to pay at the hotel on 24th and could cancel till 23rd. As soon as I booked, I got a call from Prasanna (whose phone no. is on hotel info) and he insisted that we pay right away or he will cancel our reservation. I told him that it is illigal and unethical and that I would complain to Hotels.com. He asked me to complain. I ended up paying him as we wanted the room. Hotel manager, Mr. Tyagaraj was unfriendly.  ...
