„The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. „Artisan complimentarty breakfasts brought to your room or poolside location. They even made it early (6am) one day as we left hotel for a day's adventure. Hotel rooms have no windows. AC worked splendidly all 5 days. Pool was being filled the day we arrived. Nightlife music BOOMs @ pool. Pool clarity & color got murky green on day 3?!? Showers were comforting in July after the nozzle obstructions were removed. Fireworks on 4th were lacking...but oh yah it's Haiti bro. For missionaries its fine . ...

„This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster.“
