„Good Property (some rooms) has an excellent seafront location. Average/Bad Property is spread out, so if anyone has issues in walking, it could be a problem. Even otherwise during the daytime, walking the distance from the room to the restaurant in the sun can be quite a pain. „Very Very Disappointed with all six rooms which we booked in good impression as on net. First they offer to pay at hotel then after booking hotel demand payment by mail, it's like cheating. „I am visiting this property since 1992 when only gurukripa was existed. Till then this hotel is like a second home for us. In last couple of years they hace degraded their status wrt to hygiene a lot. Food is good 👍but their service have become pathetic. “
