"Great workers working there, always available to make you stay comfortable. Location: The different names makes it difficult to find ( online it's Bot properties and the hotel is names Apex suites). When you enter BOT properties on Google map it direct you to a different location. It needs to be corrected on the map. Room:I was given a room with no DSTV access for the first night. Please ensure everything is fully operational before checking a guest into a room. Also spray the rooms to kill insect the rooms before checking people in and tell your guest to stop partying late in the night distributing other guests who want to sleep. Thank you. "

"The check in was smooth. I got to the apartment to find out that the bin at the kitchen contained rubbish or was half full with small insects, I complained to the managers and it was cleaned the next day morning. Aside that; my stay was great and I will be going there again."

"Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist sauber, jedoch war das Wasser in der Toilette farblich auffällig, was beim ersten Mal den Eindruck erweckt, die Toilette sei nicht gereinigt worden. Aber das Wasser ist leider so. Das Servicepersonal verdient absolut die Bestnote – alle sind freundlich und engagiert. Die Essensvielfalt ist gut, besonders das täglich wechselnde Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Die WLAN-Verbindung war stabil, der Pool stets sauber und trotz ausgebuchter Anlage nie überfüllt. Außerdem gibt es gute Transportmöglichkeiten zu den naheliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt eine sichere und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft."
