„beautiful view and comfortable interior, we enjoyed our stay overall! a few things worth noting for future guests: the outdoor deck was not well maintained, with spiderwebs throughout and visible decay that didn’t match the listing photos. also be aware that while the listing says ‘pet friendly’ in the amenities, there is a 50 pet fee that is not mentioned anywhere in the listing description, despite the description stating ‘no hidden fees.’ we were informed of the fee after checkout via ...

„Beautiful property. Great amenities. Has something for everyone. Very family friendly. Our 3yr old grandson loved it. The kitchen had everything you would need. I especially liked the Keurig drip/pod combo. The cottage was spotless. Overall a wo derful experience.“

„This historic home is a little gem on the beautiful St John River. We found everything we needed to settle in for a quiet and peaceful week. While the home has been updated, its decor retains the feel and charm of its past. All was clean and comfortable. Sunsets over the river were amazing. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We mused that our adult children would have loved this place for a family vacation as children.“
