„Reception wasn't overly welcoming in comparison to other places I stayed in in the UK (but not unfriendly either, just a bit cold), everything else was fine“

„me and my partner paid extra for private mud bath and spa the staff at the spa were excellent taking us to a private area and making us feel very welcomed around the area. The reception staff were also very helpful and the restaurant was a reasonable price amazing and fast service and the food was amazing would definitely recommend and be staying again“

„Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. „War dort für ein Seminar. Gute Räume, guter Service, gute Verkehrsanbindung, genügend Parkplätze, Gym and pool zwar nicht genutzt, aber im Hotel, Restaurant okay. Frühstück gut. Für ein Business- Hotel sollte free- wifi eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, hier extra Kosten, dafür Abzüge. Anosnsten nettes, freundliches Personal und frisch renovierte Zimmer.“

Some menus are available in reception but the hotel is happy for delivery of any type of food to be eaten in room and probably in reception on request if preferred My room was basic but ample for a one night business stay and very clean.
