„Hier liegt leider Einiges im Argen: Das Haus / die Unterkunft wirkt von weitem beeindruckend, aber bei genauerer Betrachtung ist Vieles ungepflegt: So waren einige Dinge kaputt (Kühlschrank, Lichtschalter, Steckdosen, Badewannenumrandung), die Möbel alt und zusammengewürfelt, die Wasserregler in der Dusche fielen auseinander und das Geschirr war schmutzig. An der Decke hatte es Spinnweben und 2 entsprechende Bewohner. In der Nacht war es sehr laut - Schlafen geht nur mit Ohrstöpseln. Man hört ...

„This must be the best motel I have stayed at. Friendly check in. Easy to have a meal at the adjoining pub with friendly staff. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. No dust bunnies under the bed. Our stay was for overnight to make the final drive to catch the ferry so much more relaxing. A late checkout was no problem. It is off the main A1 highway so very quiet. I highly recommend a stay.“

„The lodgings, food and service was fantastic! I felt like I was in a Jane Austin film and loved every second. The room was updated, comfortable and very cozy for the winter. The food at the resturant was the best meal we had in Tassie and would come back again just for that. Staff were friendly and overall a 5 star experience.“

„😀 Das Charles Reuben Estate ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig mit einem besonderen Flair. Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf.“

„Lovely hosts, both Kim and Sharon, this was the best part of the stay. We had the cabin with 2 bedrooms which are great for our family of 4. We fed the farm animals once during our 2 day stay which was lovely. Nice fresh bread for breakfast was such a nice touch.“

„Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond.“
