„The property was not flexible at all in terms of storing our luggage before the check in time at 2pm. We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. „We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days!
