No heating or cooling.This one is owned by a commercial chain and it was the easter weekend so contact was for emergencies only according to the email comms. The lawn had just been mown without a catcher leaving big chunks of grass everywhere, and despite our best efforts we couldn't help but constantly bring grass inside and there was no dustpan to clean it up, only a broom to sweep it into the corners.
