„Nice hotel with kind staff. Just it was difficult to get hot water for a tea when being ill, as there was no electric kettle in the room. Staff was helpful and after complaining a little, they managed to provide one. „Hotel and rooms were very good. Just a couple of additions are needed. Hairdryer in the room(our phone was dead so couldn't ring for one). A kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea or coffee would be appreciated. There was a lack of information in the room and on the website about facilities e.g. Spa was closed apparently we were out of season it would have been good to have this information. Overall a pleasant 3 nights lovely staff and complex. “
