„The hotel is a great value, it's spacious with TV, internet, and a full kitchen. It's really tough to find though if you don't know the area, there's no sign at all. I had to literally memorize the photo and scan each building. Luckily it's unique enough. The building itself is nice, lot's of marble and nice atmosphere. As another reviewer mentioned the bed is literally the hardest I've slept on in my life, I have no idea how someone made a bed so hard. Thankfully this didn't bother me too ...

"Zuvorkommender Service, auch in schwierigen Situationen kulantes und entgegenkommendes Hotel. Sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war der Pool aufgrund von Ramadan geschlossen, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Dies ist jedoch ein Versäumnis von Expedia.de. Erst kurz vor unserem Abflug wurden diese Informationen auf expedia.de aktualisiert. Während des Ramadans öffnen auch die spektakuläre Rooftopbar sowie die Restaurants erst um 18 Uhr. Man kann allerdings Frühstück für 4,5 Dinar aufs Zimmer bestellen. Die Duschkabine war etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und groß genug. Die Aussicht vom 11. Stock war hervorragend. Es wurde täglich sehr ausführlich gereinigt. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. "
