„This hotel was an old 5 star run as a 3 star it was ok in all respects. I was on Business and I was in and out in 3 days. For that purpose and the price it is a good hotel It was clean and the staff worked hard to always be helpful. I would recommend it. It's close to the water and to the Ferry It has a big shopping center only 3 minutes walk away. and loads of Restaurants very close. Everything that mattered was done well.“

„We had book a non-smoking room which it wasn't. We asked for a change to non-smoking and they said it would take a while due to the rooms were still being cleaned. While we were waiting we were then informed there were no non-smoking rooms in that hotel. Later that day in the 2nd smokers room we noticed that the whole bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Room itself has potential if they would put a bit more care into the place. Location was not as good as anticipated but ok if you like ...
