„Pool very dirty. Inside were dead insects. So my wife and I didn't use it. Hot water was only activated after asking three times. Then the next day it didn't work again. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and accommodating.“

„Überraschend sauber., modern und komfortabel. Tolles Stadthotel für Durchreisende.“

„SM mall“

„The staff are friendly and attentive.“

„I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.“

„Decent place to stay while in the small urban community of Concepcion. Hospitable and accommodating staff.“

„Although the booking included breakfast, breakfast is not included.“

„Leider extrem laut und das von 17 - 04:00 Uhr. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel geht gar nicht. Liegt nicht am Hotel, sondern der Lage direkt über einer Bar. Entsprechend auch kein Fenster im Zimmer. Zumindest war es sehr sauber.“
