„Overall this house was great for our family to celebrate our college graduate. The space was great for all of us, great back yard and the down stairs area was fabulous. Some things that we noticed that might make the next rental better. There was a lack of staple items in kitchen, ie measuring cups/spoons, wine opener, cutting board and more pots/pans(I had to borrow some pots and pans).There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed. „The house is located in an ideal location to get to the college. We loved the house it has a very cool original 70's vibe, very well kept up. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable, big bedrooms , very comfy beds. There is a beautiful glassed in sunroom which made socializing very nice. “

„The house is super cute, well done decorating and central to Wichita. Everything was spotless and there is all the appliances that you would need for a stay. Bed is super comfortable and attached to the bathroom for convenience. Owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.“

„We had an amazing stay at Swan Shores! Everything is as advertised! The place was very clean and welcoming! The backyard is amazing! We enjoyed fishing, the wildlife and amazing sunsets! We will definitely be back again! “

„We enjoyed our stay here. My husband, daughter, in laws, and I stayed here for our son’s graduation from Friends University. It was an older place but was kept up well. It had some nice character. We were able to do the cooking we needed to do there for the reception at a local church. There were a couple things that needed attention but an overall good stay. “

It was kid-friendly and also had great adult features like a pool table, jukebox, and video game machines that we really enjoyed. The outdoor patio and fire pit area were also greatJason was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly before arrival. „We absolutely love this home and the host was amazing! We visit Wichita often as our daughter and granddaughters live here and this is the best place we have stayed in Wichita. Do yourself a favor and choose this one! There is an upstairs bedroom that is HUGE!! Washer and dryer on site. A futon that came in handy for one of my granddaughters that is a sleepwalker that we didn’t want upstairs. Absolute best!!“
