She was very personable and helpful, but what was most exceptional about her hospitality was that she seemed to anticipate my requests and automatically started solving for them. I was traveling with my 13 year old lab who has bad hips, as soon as I mentioned this Jessica immediately switched my room to a first floor room and mentioned a medication that her dog really improved on and suggested I ask my vet about ...
