Der Spielbetrieb stört kein bißchen, die Platzpflege ist nicht täglich und dauert vielleicht 15 Minuten, meistens haben wir's gar nicht bemerkt. „This property exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect spot to relax on the water and have a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed everything about this place; from playing on the pool table, swimming, fishing and kayaking off of the pier and then grabbing dinner downtown Hot Springs or grilling at the house while watching the sunset, it was perfect. Detailed directions on unlocking and opening the door would be needed for people like me who are not familiar with this as well as directions on how to use the heater/air would also be nice. HOWEVER-it was better than tent camping and we only used it for sleeping-it was just what we needed and the location was great.“

„This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!“
