Pensionen in Zarautz finden

„We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.“

„Gute Lage im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal.

„Sehr gute Lage“

„A lovely and very clean place to stay. Next to the beach and everything you wish to visit in Donostia-San Sebastian. Very friendly owner! “

„The Guesthouse was OK. The room clean and the bed was good. But I had an incident with the check in process. I received an email with three codes. One to open the front door, one to open the door of the guest house and another for my room. The problem was that the door to the guest house would not open. There was a phone number to call so I did. The person answering the phone, instead of recognizing there was something wrong with the code, insisted I try the wrong code several times. I told ...

„Location is very close to the old town and to the Zurriola Beach. Room was very clean. Unfortunately, the house is currently nested, which clouds the view from the terrace. The room was quite small, unfortunately it is very noisy. We had the misfortune to have 2 English-speaking guests in the next room who talked loudly until 1:00 am and from 6:00 am in the morning. However, this is not the accommodation's fault...“

„Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation Property condition - the picture frames and lamps in our room where ...
