One of your four luxurious lofts available for rent in a serene and breathtaking location in the heart of Guadalajara. Our lofts are conveniently situated near the city center and within close proximity to bustling plazas and shopping centers. We also have a heated 25 Meter pool this is controlled by solar Pannels and the temperature will vary between 28-35 depending on the sun and the heat, this is not controllable..

The loft is designed to accommodate up to four people and features a spacious living room with a large dining area. Each loft is equipped with a mini kitchen that includes appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave.

The sleeping arrangements consist of one double bed and one sofa bed, along with a full closet and bathroom.

As part of the community, guests are allowed to host events on Fridays and Saturdays until 1 AM.

Entertainment options in the loft include TVs with Apple TV, Roku TV, and access to streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime, ViX, Disney Plus, HBO, Star +, and Paramount +.

To ensure comfort for all guests, two additional blankets are provided for four people. Any extra blankets will incur an additional cost.

Guests can access the property through our garage, which can accommodate up to 4 small cars or possibly 5 smaller cars and 3-4 larger cars, depending on their size. This feature also enhances the security for our guests.

We offer additional amenities for our guests. These include packages with access to a mini restaurant, golf, and other activities. We also provide ATV rentals on-site. Furthermore, we currently offer airport pick-up and drop-off services for added convenience.
