Schönste Hotelanlage
Die Hotel Anlage war wunderschön und sauber, das Hotelpersonal war unglaublich nett. Wir würden auf Fall jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war dass wir die Softdrinks extra kaufen mussten. Zumindest zum Abendessen sollte ein Drink inkludiert sein.

Sehr gutes luxuriöses 5 Sterne Hotel
Das Zuri Sansibar ist wohl das beste 5* Hotel, welches auf der Insel zu finden ist. Leider ist der Preis daher auch sehr hoch und im Vergleich zu anderen 5* Hotels übertrieben. Das Fitnessstudio ist für ein derartiges Hotel leider eine Plamage, weil dort anstelle von Fitnessgeräten nur ein paar Hanteln und Bälle zu finden sind. Das Outdoor Studio ist leider schon sehr abgewittert. Alles in allem ein Top Hotel mit 2 guten Restaurants.

Dear Gunther. Next time you visit you will with all assurance find a gym that truly caters for all your fitness needs. What we have now is what we call an exercise room not a gym. While the outdoor fitness area and yoga may be excellent alternatives, we appreciate that such are not every guests ordinary concepts of exercise. The good news is we have already invested in excellent equipment already in the way. You just have to give us a moment. Thank you Gunther.

Die Gardenvillas sind eingebettet im Pflanzengarten. Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr dunkel aufgrund der Lage. So zugewachsen das fast kein Tageslicht ins Zimmer kam. Wir konnten dann in ein anderes Zimmer das nicht so vom Garten verschluckt wurde. Dort war alles perfekt. Tageslicht / Sonne schien bis ins Zimmer und hat es gleich viel freundlicher gemacht. Strand ist wunderschön! Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Meer ist schön und es hat „fast“ keine Ebbe/Flut. Seeigel hatte es, aber das Wasser ist so klar, also kein Problem! Das Essen ist unglaublich gut! Es ist alles super fein gewürzt und wunderschön angerichtet. Wer gerne gut isst- ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Köche- gratulation! Service ist nicht schlecht. Je nach dem wer einem bedient sogar gut. Es könnte aber besser sein. Die Service Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Stylische Einrichtung, toller Strand, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen... wir hatten HP und öfters am Strand frisch gegrillten Fisch gegessen. Leider musste das komplett extra bezahlt werden. Trotzdem supertoll, wir haben es mehrfach gemacht. Insgesamt supertolles Hotel mit internationalen Gästen. Wir werden gerne zurückkommen.

Overall a gem but not the paradise it could be.
Top quality result with understated but top quality accommodation, excellent food and outstanding customer service from all members of the team. I could not rate it overall a top score because one element spoilt the total experience for us. The beach is white sand, with clear waters, but certainly not relaxing much of the time. With good reason the beach is not private. Given that it is one of the best on the island, therefore there are a lot of passing visitors. The hotel does restrict them from coming in to the property. The issue is the conveyor belt of hawkers trying to sell. They stand looking at the guests on the sunbeams, and as soon as you go for a swim, pounce on you. Add to this, impromptu african dance routines (again looking for tips), and jet skis. A great beach for people watching, but not the best a lot of the time for total relaxation and to enjoy the beauty. Not, I would stress the hotels fault. We felt that the whole threat of over tourism is a big problem on the island and needs to be addressed urgently by the Government.

Disappointing and unhygienic
Zero hygiene at the breakfast kitchen. They handle eggs with used gloves , and their ‘clean ‘ plates had broken egg shells stuck to them. Service is slooooowwwwww. If you ask for milk, sugar and coffee - that’s 3 trips for the waiter .

Hotel bonito mas o serviço deixou a desejar.
Achei o hotel lindo porém o check in achei pouco solicito e as vezes que precisei recorrer a recepção para pedir alguma orientação eles não eram tão solícitos. Informei por diversas vezes que estava fazendo 09 anos de casada no dia 04/05 na recepção no momento da chegada e outros dias mas NADA foi feito pelo hotel para tornar nossa estadia dos sonhos, nem uma cartinha, uma flor na cama, nem mesmo um parabéns. Destaque para os garçons tanto dos restaurantes e do bar da praia atendimento excelente, o check in devia aprender com eles a tratar o cliente.

JUST INCREDIBLE IN EVERY WAY!
Zuri Zanzibar is INCREDIBLE!! 5 Star service, stunning setting, perfect beach, wouldn't go anywhere else in Zanzibar, we have done other resorts, with both incentive groups and privately, This is by far the best resort in Zanzibar! We will be back!

beautiful resort worth every penny
I couldn't rate this place highly enough - the pictures online don't do it justice! Everything from the rooms, restaurants, pool and beach are designed beautifully and we loved how each cabin is really secluded in it's own little jungle. The food was delicious - especially in the a la carte dinner restaurant and overall the service was great. We will definitely be back in the future.

Tropical paradise!
Very, very nice! I've seen a fair share of high-end resorts and I can attest with confidence that Zuri truly is awesome! We stayed in a bungalow - it is very comfortable, clean, spacious, the terrace is lovely - facing the ocean and situated on a hillside so you catch the ocean breeze. The outside shower is amazing - you can see an attention to detail at every step. The resort has an abundance of tropical vegetation - a veritable garden of Eden! The food is pretty good but can get a bit boring after the 3rd day or so. The beach is very nice - just like in the pictures! The difference between high and low tide is small so you can swim all day. Overall - very nice and worth the money!
