Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback, we would like to inform you this resort works with an animation team with shows, music and activities during the day and if you were not satisfy about your room location we were so glad to change it in a quite area. We would like even to know who told you about our staff which is not good to organize excursions, every day we do it and the guests are always satisfy. Lastly it's not allowed to let beach boys come in beacuse of the Hotel safe policy and first of all for all the guests. We thank you again and we remain at your disposal for any further requests.
